The United States Patent and Trademark Office begins its first-ever PTAB “Boardside Chat” series on February 3, 2015 at noon to 1:00 p.m. EST. The talks will cover different topics relating to patent practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) and under the America Invents Act (“AIA”).
The first talk, “PTAB Statistics and Key Decisions”, will be hosted by Chief Judge James Donald Smith. Even if you think you won’t ever be before the PTAB, this talk will cover key Board decisions and should be full of useful information.
See below for a list of additional topics to be covered in the series. Note that all of the talks will take place at 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (U.S.). To convert the time to your own time zone, you can go here, or another time-zone converter.
